- Air Shipping: Orders under 100 kg are shipped via UPS / FedEx.
- Ocean Freight: Bulk orders over 100 kg are shipped via sea freight.
How is shipping calculated?
Most shipping costs are calculated automatically before you complete your payment. For items over 100 kg that must be shipped via air freight, please contact us before placing your order. We will check and quote you the most cost-effective air freight rates based on your specific order. However, we may need to contact you to confirm if any additional charges apply. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. DAMI is more than happy to provide global shipping services. You can contact us before placing an order, or simply place your order online and we will get back to you shortly. We have found that for small and lightweight packages, air freight via carriers like USPS or FedEx is extremely fast. Who pays for duties and taxes on international orders?
Customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes to the delivery company upon receiving the order. These fees are not included in the product price and shipping charges billed by DAMI, and the exact amount is determined by the government of your country/region. Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item fails to meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or store credit.
Standard Returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Process: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our sales team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Defective Items:
We offer replacements or repairs for any products found to be defective upon arrival.
Special Orders:
