Nylon Filaments offers a combination of excellent bend recovery, abrasion resistance; flex fatigue resistance and chemical resistance. All nylon filaments absorb water in wet conditions, which will reduce their stiffness. DAMI mainly manufacture and provide PA612 filament,PA610 filament,PA66 filament,and PA6 filament. Nylon filament has high heat deflection temperature.

PA66 filament is a high quality nylon bristle that has a little higher wet and dry stiffness than PA6 filament. PA66 filament has excellent bend recovery and abrasion resistance. PA66 filament is a very popular bristle for industrial brush applications and is widely used as a hairbrush and vacuum cleaner brush bristle.

-PA610 Filament:

PA610 filament offers superior wet performance and better chemical resistance. PA610 filament offers excellent bend recovery and abrasion resistance. Its low moisture absorption makes it an excellent filament for wet applications.Typical applications include toothbrush, paintbrush, cosmetic, hairbrush, and industrial applications.

-PA612 Filament:

PA612 filament has excellent wear characteristics,excellent mechnical properties,impact resistance, low-temperature properties, as well as the most chemically stabile in all type of nylon filaments.PA612 filament has excellent elastic memory, excellent bend recobery, stable heat resistance and long service life ,Typical application include car/boat/truck wash brushes,toothbrush,paint brush, cosmetic ,hairbrush,industrial brush ,daily household cleaning brush,etc.

PA610:

Nylon 610 Resin(PA610 Resin) has good features of high strength, resistance to abrasion and oil, low water absorption, high dimension stability, excellent electrical properties, belong to self-extinguishment material. It can be widely used in machinery manufacturing industry, making parts for oil storage tank,  textile machinery.
Moreover, it can be used to make battery cell case and instruments rack in electronics industry and as toothbrush fiber, monofilament, cable cladding. It can be customized in injection and extrusion grade, under customers’ requirements.
