ABRASIVE NYLON FILAMENT
Type：Abrasive Nylon Filament
Description：Abrasive nylon filaments are made of nano-particle modified nylon as carrier and 36~1000 mesh abrasive particles such as silicon carbide, alumina, and diamond grinding dust. The hot melts from the above are extruded to form abrasive nylon filaments that are strong and heat resistant under wet or dry conditions.
Application ：Main applications are devices for workplace deburring, grinding, and polishing of the surfaces of steel, stone, and other materials. Also useful for general surface treatment.

Nylon raw material: PA612 / PA610 / PA66 / PA6, etc.
Abrasive grit： Silicon carbide(SIC)/Aluminum oxide(AL2O3)/Diamond
Grit Loading:15-30% for Sic/AL2O3. 15% for diamond.
Color: natural,grey,white,red,orange,blue and so on
Length: 1250±10mm ,or cut as your requirments.
Binding diameter: 45-51mm
PA612 has good characters and low water absorption, can be used for industries with high degree of automation and high added value. The optimum work condition is with cooling system；
PA6 has high water absorption but good softness and bend recovery, therefore it is suitable for applications under high wheel speed as well as high pressure in both wet and dry work conditions;
PA610 is the cheapest one and has been widely used. It is normally used for brushes which are price-sensitive, rapid-wearing, and under work conditions with slow wheel speed such as industrial brushes for stones, or PCBs.
